Our team are here to provide tailored personal care services to assist you with your personal hygiene and well-being. We provide care, such as oral hygiene, right through to more comprehensive care such as showering and bathing. We work with you to ensure that your individual requirements are met.
Support with dressing & grooming
We provide you with support for dressing and grooming. Our personal carers are trained to help with tasks such as buttoning, zipping and tying shoes. We also help with your hair, brushing teeth and shaving. We provide a safe and comfortable experience for all clients.

Hand 2 Hand Disability Services provides its services to the communities of Melbourne. We are conveniently located in Somerton, Victoria. We reach out to provide support services to the local areas of Hume City Council. This includes Sunbury, Bulla, The Gap, Red Rock, Somerton, Kalkallo, Upfield, Craigieburn, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Dallas, Yuroke, Greenvale, Mickleham, and Konagaderra.
