Hand 2 Hand Disability Services provides its services to the communities of Melbourne. We are conveniently located in Somerton, Victoria. We reach out to provide support services to the local areas of Hume City Council. This includes Sunbury, Bulla, The Gap, Red Rock, Somerton, Kalkallo, Upfield, Craigieburn, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Dallas, Yuroke, Greenvale, Mickleham, and Konagaderra.
